As part of the National Systemic Support "Transitional, preparatory period for inclusion in the systematic support of the National Foundation", the SDDH expert team visited the Association of the Disabled of the Koprivnica-Križevci County (UIKCKZ) and the Association of People with Disabilities "Bolje sutra" of the city of Koprivnica on Tuesday, November 14, 2023.

During the conversation with President of UIKCKZ Miroslav Mačković and members of the expert team The topics of Reporting in National Financing and Implementation of Support were presented in particular, and other aspects of the Association's activities and plans for 2024 were also discussed. Along with the visit to the Association's premises, a meeting was also held with By Sevko Bajgorić, head of the Muscular Dystrophy Section of the UIKCKZ, with whom they discussed members of the UIKCKZ with muscular dystrophy and neuromuscular diseases, as well as activities aimed at them. 

When visiting the association "Better tomorrow"a meeting was held with Maria Mraz, the president of the Association, during which the SDDH team held presentations on the topics of Reporting in national financing and the Legal/Institutional Framework of ESI Funds. The president spoke about the challenges that the Association faces in its activities, especially in terms of reporting. Also, as was the case with the representatives of UIKCKZ, there was a discussion about current activities, programs and projects that the Association is implementing as well as those that it plans to implement in the coming period, and especially about possible activities aimed at members of the Association with muscular dystrophy and neuromuscular diseases.
